Dear Tenants and Employees,

First and Foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by COVID-19, either directly or indirectly. I wanted to reach out and update you on the constant unprecedented times we face together. With all the uncertainty we all face, safety and the wellbeing of our families, employees, and tenants are the top of concern. Ensuring that our employees and tenants concerns are heard and addressed. Thank you for your patience as we take measure to keep our community healthy as each one of you are. Together we will get through this national emergency.

We understand that during this health crises it may exacerbate your business concerns, and we recommend that our tenants reach out to their own lenders, suppliers, utility companies and other means of relief during this challenging time.  We welcome your communications of concerns as we support each, as well as your understanding that we are all in this together as we address the health crises in our community and beyond during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you have suffered a job loss or other substantial loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are unable to pay rent, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible to discuss potential alternative payment arrangements that may be made to accommodate your situation.  Please be aware that if you do not contact us to let us know that you have been affected by COVID-19, we will not know that you may need assistance during these unprecedented times.

If you are not currently facing a COVID-19 related hardship, please continue to pay rent as usual. As employers, we want to ensure we are able to continue to support the personnel and staff who work every day to provide essential services to all residents.  We are all in this together, and if we work together, we can weather this storm.

With sincerest appreciation,

Richard E. Martin, Owner
